Camping and Caravans
The site is available on the weekend of the show from 16:00 on Friday until 18:00 on Sunday and must be cleared promptly. There is a flat rate for camping: £50, regardless of the number of nights (one or two nights). The fee includes entry for two adults. Children under 12 enter for free. Visitors are advised to take due care and attention and are responsible for their own wellbeing. Please use the form below to book. Trade stalls at Rotary Ashover Classic Car & Bike Show
Trading Stalls
We welcome many types of trade stalls such as auto-jumble, arts and crafts, home made products including cakes, food, jams etc. (not considered as catering), book stalls, 2nd hand products, new products and local businesses. Please use the form below to book in your stall. Should you wish to make a booking by post please download this PDF and follow the instructions within. Please note the following:
  1. There are two sizes of pitches:
    • STANDARD, £30: 5m wide x 8m deep including room for a vehicle to the rear, two attendees
    • LARGE, £55: 10m wide x 8m deep including room for a vehicle to the rear, also two attendees
  2. Those wishing to take larger sites please contact us via the contact page.
  3. Price to include entry fee for 2 adults. Passes will be mailed on payment before the event.
  4. Fees must be paid at least 7 days in advance of the Show.
  5. The Trader must be on site by 9-00am on the day of the Show, report to the Marshal, be allocated a space and ready to trade by 10-00am.
  6. Stalls must not be dismantled until 4-00pm and no stallholder may leave prior to this time.
  7. No vehicle movement may take place between 10-00am and 4-00pm.
  8. All trade waste must be removed at the end of the Show.
  9. The Trader, their Agents and Employees must do nothing to effect the health or safety of themselves, other Traders or the Public.

Bike Booking
Please use the form below to book in your bike. Should you wish to make a booking by post please download this PDF and follow the instructions within. Please note the following:
  1. Fee for all vehicles is £6 inclusive of 2 people. For multiple entries please make separate bookings.
  2. Bike Clubs are eligible for a special rate of 12 for the price of 10. Please contact us through the contact form.
  3. Fees must be paid at least 7 days in advance of the Show.
  4. Third party insurance must be in force for the vehicle.
  5. The exhibitor must be on site by 10-00am on the day of the Show and report to the Marshal to be allocated a space and remain until 4-00pm.
  6. Visitors are advised to take due care and attention and are responsible for their own well-being.
By making payment you accept the above terms and conditions and understand that this is a non-refundable fee. After checkout you will receive an email receipt with ID number. Please bring this to the event as proof of payment and entry. Details will be checked against the master list. Contact details will be taken at checkout.   2. Entry paid on the day of the show £12 per car to include driver and one passenger, additional passengers £6 per person
